Vacuum on-load tap-changer VKMB type
The VKMB type oil-immerses vacuum OLTC is the upgrading design of KMB type oil-immersed tap changer, which break current by 12 pieces of vacuum tube during switch, and it has some excellent performance such as reliable switch, no carbonization of insulation oil and high strength of withstanding pressure, it need not oil filter. It is classed as bolted cover type construction and bell type construction, they are suitable for bolted cover type transformer and bell type transformer respectively.
The OLTC drived by KDJ-I type motor can achieve the goal of change transformer taps and voltage regulation. It will achieve the goal of display of operation taps of tap changer and operation control if it is equipped with KYC-3D intelligent tap display; and if it is equipped with KYJK-1/2 intelligent controller, it will achieve the goal of tapping display, remote control and automatic voltage regulation of OLTC and parallel operation control of many transformers. The OLTC is suitable for power transformer or industrial transformer whose voltage range is from 35KV to 220KV, the Max. rated current are 600A for 3-phase and 1500A for single phase, and the frequency is 50Hz, it will change the taps to achieve the purpose of voltage regulation with load. The 3-phase tap changer is used for neutral voltage regulation of Y connection and the single phase is used for any regulating methods.
