Performance and characteristic of 10KV and S11 type transformer:comparing with general oil-immersed power transformer, the full-sealing power transformer cancels conservator, and uses fin plate of corrugated tank as heat dissipation components. The fin plate can expands as the volume of transformer oil to isolating internal transformer from external atmosphere for avoiding degradation, moistened insulation and aging. The core adopting high quality cold silicon sheet improves flux density condition in core and reduces sound and loss. The winding adopting high strength enamelled wire(or paper covered wire) and cylindrical structure with uniform ampere-turn and reasonable insulation structure has a strong capacity of anti-short circuit. All of the fasteners adopt check nut to insure that they are not loose during operation after long distance transportation. The transformer whose surface of tank adopt 3-proofing (coating of dampproof, mould proof and salt spry proof) after parkerizinis is widely used in some nasty conditions such as metallurgy, mine and petrochemical.

???? Performance and characteristic of 10KV and S13 type transformer:the S13 type oil immersed transformer is the best performance energy saving product for present laminated core transformer. The S13 type products producing by our company adopt high quality 0.23mm magnetic oriented silicon steel sheet,its HV and LV windings are produced by copper foil and copper wire, and the HV winding is of multilayrered cylinder type, it can balance the distribution of ampere turn of winding with low flux leakage, high mechanical strength and strong capacity of anti-short circuit. The winding and core adopt vacuum drying, the transformer oil adopts vacuum oil filter and vacuum oil filling, it can improve the insulation strength in transformer. The structure and production technology is brand new and full-sealing corrugated tank is adopted, the appearance is beautiful.
