KV type on-load tap changer is combination type tap changer, which is basis of optimization design of domestic V type tap change. It gathers switchover and selection function, and is divided into roof type that is suitable for roof type transformer and bell type that is suitable for bell type transformer.
The tap changer that is driven by KDJ-II electrical motor mechanism realize the conversion of transformer taps. It equipped with KYC-3D intelligent gears displayer to indicate the tap position and operation control; while equipped with KYJK-1/2 intelligent controller to display the tap position, and perform remote control, automatically voltage regulation and operation control in parallel of several transformer. The product is suitable for using for power transformer or industrial transformer with on-load voltage regulation output voltage, whose rated voltage is 35kV~110kV, maximum rated through current is 500A for three phases, 700A for single phase, frequency is 50Hz and maximum step voltage is 1650V, which can performance transformer voltage regulation on any tap position, and is suitable for following voltage regulation method: such as linear, reverse and coarse/fine.
