It consists of HV powered device, distribution transformer and LV distribution cabinet, which can be transported to site integrally for quick construction and power-supply. And HV powered device, distribution transformer and LV distribution cabinet shall be arranged to a form of “triangle” or “alignment” , comparing with civil substation with same capacity, the floor area of HV device adopting vacuum switch cabinet or load-switch ring-network cabinet with compact structure, small dimension and light weight is 1/5 of civil substation only. The HV and LV adopting insulating and cable inlet-outlet line without open wire erection have the characteristic of full-insulation and full-seal, this device has some advantages such as easy operation, protection and stability, high degree of protection, and it can be not influenced by ambient temperature. (2)High automation level: the HV chamber, transformer chamber and LV chamber are independent respectively in box-type substation. The device in HV chamber is HV ring-network switch device which can adopt compressed-gas type, gas-producing type or vacuum-load switch. The transformer adopting natural air and auto-control forced-air cooling device is equipped with heat-extraction system auto-controlled as temperature rise which can control temperature in box and meet operation requirement. The LV chamber has the general functions of LV switch that can be selected by uses.
(3)The cost will be less? 40％ -50％ than general substation with same scale. Prefabrication service and installation for 5~8 days, and its appearance can be integrated with around environment.

In box-type substation, we can installed various types of oil-immersed transformer and dry-type transformer. We can produce any types of oil-immersed or dry-type transformer, and can also produce some transformers with special requirements according to users’requirements.

(1)LV incoming cabinet: including ampere meter, voltmeter, universal change-over switch, temperature controller WK, buttons for closing and opening, isolating switch, breaker, CTs and so on.
(2)LV compensate cabinet: it can reduce the reactive power in network and improve power factor to ensure the full-use of active power. And it will also remove the power efficiency and voltage quality to reduce the line loss.
(3)LV outgoing cabinet: for LV outgoing cabinet, there will be many wires which including one MCCB, one ampere meter and one CT.
