Glass fiber reinforced plastics dry composite bushing is a non-oil and new type bushing that is suitable for free maintenance. Core (main insulation) is glass fibers that are immersed with epoxy resin and intercross enwinded, and has better mechanical stress. Core capacitive screen adopts semiconductor material, greatly improving initial voltage of partial discharge. The external insulation is silicon rubber composite material, due to the better mechanical stress of core, which can be directly injected on the surface of capacitive core and once molding. There is no filler between external insulation and core, and there is no moisture absorption and voltage breakdown., etc phenomenon occurring. In addition to meeting GB/T4109-2008、IEC60137 Ed.6.0, there are the outstanding advantages as below:
1)The product has no oil, no gas, no porcelain, and is pure solid,safe, environmental and free maintenance;
2)The big design insulation margin and semiconductor capacitive screen maximumly improve the discharge inception voltage, ensuring no partial discharge occur during operation;
